Magnetic Speed Regulation coupling (MSR)

A magnetic coupling enables contactless torque transmission between independent rotating shafts such as motors and pumps/fans. It can also control the speed of pumps/fans, achieving energy savings.

The compact design and contactless mechanism ensure high robustness, requiring no maintenance throughout its 20-year lifespan. Also there is no components and parts inventory needs. Additionally, it requires no spare parts inventory.

The contactless mechanism completely eliminates friction and vibration transmission between motors and pumps/fans, reducing vibration by up to 81%. As a result, both motor and pump/fan lifespans are significantly prolonged.

When the pump is overloaded and seizes, the MSR rapidly reduces the torque transferred from the motor to the pump to zero. This effectively severs the connection between the motor and the pump, thereby preventing motor damage.

Magnetic Coupling (MC)

MC offers all the merits of MSR listed above, except for speed regulation and the resulting energy saving, but its price is much lower than MSR. Therefore, when there is no need for speed regulation, MC is always a better choice comparing with traditional mechanical couplings.

Permanent Magnetic Motor (PMM)

Permanent magnet motors offer higher efficiency than induction motors, and their integration with VFDs enables substantial energy savings, especially under variable-speed operating conditions.

Since PMMs do not use brushes, they experience far less wear and fewer failures, offering a much longer operational lifespan compared with induction motors.

PMMs are significantly smaller and lighter than induction motors of equivalent capacity. Their reduced footprint makes them ideal for applications where space is limited.

The design and mechanism of PMMs ensure much less friction, vibration, and noise.
