Mr. Ding Xinyue, Chairman, is a leading petrochemical expert in China, recognized with special allowances from the State Council. He currently serves as Director of the China Coking Association. Over his career, Mr. Ding has played a key role in numerous landmark petrochemical projects, including large-scale crude oil refining, urea production, and natural gas processing facilities.
Mr. Wang Junchang, Managing Director, brings nearly four decades of distinguished experience in the gas processing industry. Widely recognized as a pioneer, he has set numerous records and achieved many industry “firsts” in China. He successfully led and delivered more than 200 gas processing projects across China, the United States, Europe, and many other regions. Together with Mr. Ding Xinyue, he pioneered a groundbreaking industry both in China and globally—recovering natural gas, CNG/LNG, hydrogen, and CO₂ from coke oven gas (COG), setting new benchmarks for resource utilization and environmental sustainability.
Mr. Jerry Deng, President, completed his undergraduate studies at Harbin Institute of Technology, one of China’s top engineering universities, and his graduate studies at Tsinghua University, China’s leading engineering university. He later earned his MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB), one of the top business schools in China. Jerry has worked for leading multinational corporations including Huawei, Siemens, and Bosch. He also served as a senior executive at Honghua Group, the world’s largest land drilling rig manufacturer listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).
